Rixos Premium Göcek Adult Only +13

My wife and myself were excited by the adult only 13+ concept. We were really looking forward to a quiet, relaxing environment. Pools & entertainment were both excellent. The food was also of an extremely high standard, buffet restaurants were good, plenty of choice at all meal times. We also made use of the Italian & Tepenyaki a la carte restaurants which were both excellent & the People's restaurant was a nice touch as well.

The staff truly elevated the experience for the guests, showcasing exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They are the heart and soul of the customer experience at Rixos. Without their outstanding level of service, Rixos would simply be a beautiful hotel. But thanks to their dedication and warmth, it transforms into a true luxury experience.

There are plenty of resorts out there but what makes Rixos Gocek special is the staff; the waiters/waitresses, bartenders, housekeepers, lobby and concierge staff. Particularly I'd like to mention Mr Maher, guest relations manager who was phenomenal, friendly, kind and very welcoming.

Lots of positives - buffet good (breads excellent) , secret beach lovely, it really is all-inclusive , very friendly staff, very entertaining teppenyaki restaurant Areas for improvement - rooms a little dated, no moisturiser in rooms, swimming pool area decor doesn’t feel very ‘upmarket’ , Daidala restaurant terrible - not worth any sort of supplement

Had a lovely relaxing holiday. Room was excellent and had everything we needed. Grounds and gardens are immaculate. Pools were brilliant and never had any issues getting a sunbed. Very attentive staff at pool always making sure I had a drink and the girls were lovely. Buffet restaurant was excellent. Food was lovely and there was great choice. Italian a la carte was delicious and Tepenyaki was also excellent. Chef at Tepenyaki was very talented and humorous. Peoples restaurant was lovely during day and in evening. Again staff were brilliant. Secret beach was great. Azur was delicious and snack bar was very good. All bars were excellent although found some staff at lobby bar did not really have much knowledge of drinks/mixers. This made it difficult when ordering drinks. Nox bar was brulliant and all staff were great. Entertainment was very good. Enjoyed how low key it was and again very relaxing. I wouldn't have a movie night however. Either choose a better movie or do away with it altogether as noone was watching it and it made the night quick boring. Love the Rixos concept and found it to be everything we expected it to be and more. Complimentary boat trip was also fabulous. We will return.
