Cok buyuk bir otel. muhtemelen her imkanindan faydalanamadik bile. calisanlar kalifoye degildi. cogu ingilizce bilmiyordu. anladiklari kadariyla biseyler yapiyoolardi ama istediginiz sey olmuyodu hicbir zaman. hizmet anlaminda eksikti. yemek cesidi fazlaydi. Türk mutfagi da vardi ama lezzet olarak cok iyi degildi fazla baharatli olmustu. dunya mutfaklarinin ayrı restoranlari vardi. sadece the mangal olana gidebildik. orada et daha lezzetliydi. diğer restoranlara rezervasyon bulamadik. cocuklar icin imkan coktu. onlarin eglenebilecegi ve yemek yiyebilecegi ozel bolumler vardi. genel olarak ortalama ustuydu. ancak Türkiye’deki rixos kalitesinde degildi.

Mükemmel bir hafta geçirdik. Otel herşeyiyle üst klasman. Otelin sunduğu imkanlar ve bunlara erişim son derece konforluydu. Yemekler ve tesis genelinde bütün hizmetlere ulaşım son derece kolaydı. Çok iyi personel ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Önümüzdeki yazı sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz.

Hayatında hiç kokteyl içmemiş ya da günah olduğu için alkole dokunmak bile istemeyen insanlardan kaliteli kokteyl beklemek zaman kaybı. Siz tarif etseniz bile adamlar kendi bildiğini yapıyor. Hizmet sektöründen bi haberler. Oda servislerinde çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever. Yemekler kaliteli, döner muhteşem. Çalışanlara özellikle alkol ve kokteyller konusunda eğitim verilmeli. Kokteyller konusunda hayaller ve beklentiler Rixos, hayatlar ve gerçekler apart otelde plastik bardakta bol şuruplu kolonya.
