The room is wide enough and the view is very good. The meals are expensive

The place is very nice people very friendly unit need maintenance although it’s newly opened the cleaning was very poor this time always much better

Overall was good, however, trying to get revenue from guest services on drinking water is disappointing, this is something not expected from such hotels chain

We would like to share that overall our stay was a pleasant experience. Although we faced some issues upon arrival, the hotel made efforts to compensate us. There were still a few areas that could be improved, such as the speed of service, cleanliness, and the attitude of a small number of staff members. On the positive side, most of the team were having a well manner welcoming, professional, and friendly, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
