Pleasant Stay with Some Improvements Needed

We would like to share that overall our stay was a pleasant experience. Although we faced some issues upon arrival, the hotel made efforts to compensate us. There were still a few areas that could be improved, such as the speed of service, cleanliness, and the attitude of a small number of staff members. On the positive side, most of the team were having a well manner welcoming, professional, and friendly, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to thank: Reception: Mr. Omer and Mr. Abduljawad (عبد الجواد) Lobby Bar: Mr. Mohamed Beach Bar: Mr. Diaa (ضياء) and Mr. Mohamed Housing Services: Mr. Mohamed Nabil and Ms. Fatima Anjana Spa Team Turquoise Restaurant team from the chefs to all staff members.
